By accessing and placing an order on Candle Melts you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders & Payments
•All orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
•We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
•Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Dispatch & Shipping
•Dispatch time is 3–5 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
(Delays may occur during festivals, sales, or high-volume periods.)
•Shipping charges are additional and must be borne by the customer.
•Customers may choose to arrange their own courier pickup if they wish.
•Once the parcel is dispatched, Candle Melts. is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery caused by the courier partner.
3. International Shipping
•International shipping is available to selected countries.
•Any customs duty, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
•Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
•All payments made are 100% non-refundable, under any circumstances.
•Returns, refunds, or replacements will be considered only if a clear, uncut opening/unboxing video is provided from the start.
•Claims without an opening video or raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
5. Handmade Product Disclaimer
•All products are handmade, and slight variations in colour, shape, design, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
•Product images on the website are for reference only.
6. Address & Delivery Responsibility
•Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
•Candle Melts. is not liable for delays, RTOs (Return to Origin), or losses due to incorrect address or contact information.
7. Urgent & Custom Orders
•Urgent or last-minute orders may attract additional charges.
•Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Force Majeure
Candle Melts shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with or without prior notice.
